Sandwich Mesh Fabric/Air Mesh Fabric

Sandwich mesh fabric is a synthetic fabric woven by warp knitting machine. The fabric consists of upper, middle and lower three sides. Usually, the surface is a mesh or tricot design. The middle layer is the MOLO yarn connecting the surface and the bottom fabric. Under the fabric there is a layer of dense mesh, so that the surface of the net will not be too much deformation, to strengthen the fabric of color fastness.

Application Field:

Shoes, Helmets, Bags, Apparel, Outdoor Utensils, Golf Bags, Kitchen textiles, Cushions, Sports Protective Fabrics and so on.

l Unique Elastic Function

The mesh structure of sandwich mesh fabrics has been sharped at high-temperatures in production. When subjected to external forces, it can follow the force of to extend, when the tension is reduced and removed, the mesh can be restored to its original shape, and the material can be maintained in both horizontal and vertical directions. The elongation does not out of shape.

l Excellent Air-Permeability

The three-dimensional mesh structure makes it known as a breathable mesh fabric. Relative to other woven fabrics, sandwich mesh fabric’s air-permeability stronger, and through the air circulation, the surface remains comfortable and dry.

This fabric has a knitted appearance, but it is actually a woven fabric.
